We have worked with major studios, including Universal Pictures, Disney, and Warner Bros, to design posters for blockbuster movies such as Men in Black, Malcolm X, and Black Panther.
Art Sims' contributions to the movie poster industry have been immense, and he has decided to give back to the community by building an archive that showcases his life's work.
We've set up this fundraiser to build an achieve museum, where we will display all of Sim's Artwork for public enlightenment and educational purposes.

Have you ever wondered who created the iconic movie posters that capture your attention as you stroll through a theater lobby?
Meet Art Sims, a legendary graphic designer who has crafted the most recognizable movie posters for over 35 years.
Sims' artistic talent has made him a living legend in the movie poster industry. His impressive portfolio boasts 38,599 graphic designs of 35 key art film posters, sketches/comps, photography, digital files, and logotypes.
ABOUT ART SIMS
Art Sims is a legendary artist in advertising. He's been honored by The Academy Museum of Motion Pictures by having four of his classic movie posters added to their collection. Art's work is displayed in the Director/Writer Spike Lee Gallery of the museum and features the posters for the motion picture films Do the Right Thing, School Daze, Bamboozled and He Got Game.
Art Sims is an African American graphic designer and art director born in Detroit, Michigan. Sims is well known for his poster designs for classic African American films, including Do the Right Thing and The Color Purple and more recently Black Panther. He has worked closely with Spike Lee and Steven Spielberg. His poster, Do the Right Thing, is in the permanent collection of the National Museum of African American History and Culture in the National Mall. He is te CEO and co-founder of 11:24 Design Advertising, the first Black-owned design company in Los Angeles.
